YOUR CHALLENGE

Your Mission – Marketing Focus

As a Content & Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a hands-on role in shaping E-FARM’s digital presence and brand voice:

• Create engaging content for social media and digital channels, including posts, visuals, short videos, and campaign assets
• Manage and support day-to-day social media activities across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas aligned with our brand and marketing goals
• Support content planning and execution for campaigns, launches, and employer branding initiatives
• Experiment with formats, styles, and messaging to increase reach and engagement
• Use modern content and AI tools to speed up creation and enhance creativity

YOUR PROFILE

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university (ideally near graduation)
• Available for at least 6 months in Hamburg
• Language Skills: Solid English skills required
• Any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus – we sell across Europe, so the more languages you speak, the more impact you can make!
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling
• Creative mindset with a good eye for tone, visuals, and consistency
• Proactive and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced startup
