The Role: As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a critical role in both developing and refining software

solutions that are central to our business objectives. This position offers a clear pathway to advancing into a Chief

• Design and implement innovative software programs and systems that meet strategic business needs.
• Engage in all phases of software development from concept through deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with overall business strategy.

Long Term:

• Assume responsibility for identifying and resolving system-wide challenges and inefficiencies.

QUALIFIKATION

What You bring to the Team

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in full stack development including proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
