Lighting & Media Server Programmer (M/F/X) - Touring & Live Entertainment

At ST. ROBO, you'll shape the visual identity of our shows - from festival stages to international tours. We're looking for a Lighting & Media Server Programmer with a strong creative eye and a confident command of GrandMA3. Disguise skills are a big plus. You'll work closely with our creative and technical teams to bring bold lighting and media concepts to life, on stage and on the road.

TASKS

• Design and program lighting looks using GrandMA3 (core requirement)
• Operate and configure media servers using Disguise software
• Develop the visual and technical concept for shows together with the creative team
• Coordinate and execute lighting and media setups for touring and live entertainment productions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in German and English

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong, confident programming style - this is what we care about most
• Proven experience as a Lighting Programmer/Operator in touring or live entertainment
• Disguise experience is a strong plus (Junior-level knowledge also welcome)
• A good eye for visual composition - you can translate a creative brief into a rig
• Enjoys touring and being on the road, but also wants a base in the studio between shows
• Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure
• Fluent in German, professionally proficient in English
• Valid Class B driver's license
