We are a diverse team of young professionals, dedicated to creating the best possible experience for our clients and their journey to achieve their fitness and health goals. Our Front-of-House is an important part of our philosophy, which is not only focused on exercise itself but emphasizes the importance of the right environment to perform at a high level and to maintain this high level once it's reached.

We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We value personal initiative, engagement, a proactive mindset, and original ideas, fostering a work environment that is respectful, considerate, and team-oriented.

TASKS

• Representing Hagius as the first person clients meet when they enter Hagius
• Welcoming clients, checkin them in and helping them feel right at home
• Assist clients with their needs, turning any concerns into positive experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio
• Handle basic administrative tasks
• Warmly introduce the HAGIUS experience to newcomers, making them feel welcome and excited about our offerings

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven hospitality experience (hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio.
