For our client, a globally successful investment bank, we are looking for a Vice President to join their team in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global organisation with a strong track record.

TASKS

• Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions
• Advising clients during transactions, both in-house and onsite
• Prepare and lead cross-product client pitches (M&A, ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally
• Keep abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
• Assess business valuations, develop DCF, LBO models
• Coordinate and mentor junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

The position requires a confident individual who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with a strong willingness to learn, as well as

• 6-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
• Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
• Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
• Fluent in German and English
