For our company LGCEG we are looking for someone to strengthen our team as quickly as possible due to our strong growth.



  • You will support the field staff in their day-to-day operations and general administrative activities in coordination between field staff, logistics and finance
  • You will be processing customer inquiries in German and English as well as assist with customer escalations
  • You will do the administration of new customers/ vendors for sales activities
  • You will be in charge of the maintenance of the master data related sales activities
  • You will be monitoring & reporting sales, inventory, etc.
  • You will have to understand/experience ERP/IT system projects


  • working experience is a plus
  • related education like kaufmännische Ausbildung or Bachelor-Degree
  • Good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
  • (Good) knowledge in SAP is preferable
  • very good language skills in English and German
  • Excellent teamwork and a confident, customer and service-oriented demeanor
  • Excellent assertiveness, moderation and communication skills
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
